1. Minutes of April 2, 2025 monthly mee5ng.
Mo5on to accept the minutes as circulated was made by Judy Whitehead. Seconded by Geoff Nickol.

2. Treasurer’s Report
Ritchie Whitehead moved acceptance of his report.
Mo5on seconded by Barb Yakubowski. Carried

3. CommiRee Reports
3(a) Cards and Flowers - no report

3(b) Tours and Events
Dwayne Sturm reported that the commiRee had met and
future events are listed in the June Clunker.
Members were asked to confirm their aRendance for the
Chicken Pot Luck being hosted at Dick and Shirley
Brower, Saturday, June 7.

3(c ) Editor’s Report - Judy Whitehead thanked the
members for their stories about their cars.

3(d) Swap Meet - Randy reported he had met with the
Agri- Hub and discussed issues regarding long waits at
the concession, and the difficul5es in accessing the
entrance door. A future mee5ng to be scheduled to
discuss the rental agreement.

3(e) Membership
No report

3(e) SVAA Report
Allan Cooper aRended the mee5ng in Red Deer on May 3
and Allan is now the new director. There is a total of 2160
members. (More on SVAA business on page 4)

4. Old Business
Barb Yakubowski reported that Lethbridge Regional
Heart Catheriza5on Lab was very grateful for the
dona5on from SAACAC. Informa5on booklets were
given to the club.

Ambulance update - Recommenda5on that the Clunker
add the contact informa5on for Neil Sulkers so that
members can call and arrange dates and 5mes to
volunteer.
